Bronze - $1250 Early Registration, $1500 after March 1st - Limited to 7
Table in vendor area with electric day of event, 5 Min time slot with other vendors to present, Logo on back of badge, Receive contact list post meeting, 2 attendees allowed. Each additional attendee is $350.
Silver - $3250 Early Registration, $3500 after March 1st - Limited to 2
Bronze Benefits PLUS Dedicated time in event (Breakfast or Lunch) to be sole presenter, Placard 1 EA declaring event sponsorship, Logo on front of badge, Second and Third choice of table in vendor area, Receive contact list pre and post meeting
Gold - $4000 - Limited to a single vendor
Bronze benefits PLUS Sole vendor setup at pre meet cocktail, 2 Cocktail attendees, sole presenter in event, First choice of table in vendor area, Placards 2 EA, Logo on front of badge, Receive contact list one week prior to Silver pre conference and with other vendors post meeting

SETUP
GOLD - 6 - 8 PM July 13th on Plaza, the cocktail area, after event display may be moved to vendor area.
BRONZE, SILVER, AND GOLD - July 13th from 5 pm till 8 pm, and July 14th from 7 am till 8 am.
BILLING - Once you register an invoice will be sent to the registration email. Payment must be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date or 2 weeks prior to the meeting, whichever is earlier.
