The opportunity to reserve a room in our block will expire on June 15, 2025, so please don't delay - book your room today!
If for any reason your travel plans change and you have booked a room, please send an email to lbergman@texascom.com before cancelling your hotel room reservation. This will allow him to re-assign your reservation to another member without losing the space in our room block, as we anticipate all rooms will be filled.
Group rates are available from July 16 through 18th and up to 3 additional days as availability allows. When reserving pre or post dates please call the hotel to lock in the group rates for those extra days

PDX (Portland) is the nearest airport.
There are a few options:
Uber
Uber is currently about a $90 Uber ride.
Hoodland Shuttle
They operate 24/7 with advanced reservations and their on-demand local car service weekdays 8 am to 8 pm and Friday and Saturday 8 am - midnight. Airport transfers to and from Mt. Hood Oregon Resort are as follows:
- $100 for 1-5 people with standard luggage
- $160 for 6-11 people with any luggage
